Recruiting for a range of temporary & permanent teaching, school support & leadership roles

Whatever SEND work you choose, we will always…

Find the role that is best for you - by taking into consideration your specific needs, skills, experience, location, availability, type of school you want to work in and anything else you may be looking for.

Teachers

With us, you’ll find plenty of SEND teaching opportunities across different schools, colleges and other alternative provisions. You will play a key role in identifying individual needs and creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment for pupils with a range of physical disabilities, learning and language difficulties and social, emotional and mental health needs.

Support staff

We have many types of support staff roles in SEND, that provide smaller group or one-to-one support for those pupils who need more dedicated time and assistance. From behaviour support worker, youth engagement mentor, autism support worker or personal care assistant, these roles help pupils experience and embrace learning with the right support so they can flourish.

Executives

Provide leadership and professional guidance in the area of SEND, whether it’s for a school, college or other alternative provision. Use your compassion and experience to excel in your next role as head teacher or as you progress to assistant head teacher, and let our experienced team find you a role that will support your leadership career.

We’re proud of what our
staff say about us

I've always thoroughly enjoyed working with Vision for Education. They are a bunch of kind and caring consultants that have been fantastic with me the whole time I have worked for them. They've been fully flexible and understanding when I've needed to take time off even at short notice and have shown kindness and compassion.

At Vision for Education, they provide excellent service and wonderful staff whose communication skills are exemplary. I’ve had no shortage of work and the work I’ve been given is interesting and rewarding.
