Vision for Education is seeking caring and reliable Nursery Assistants to work in a range of welcoming nurseries and early years settings in Romford.

The role:
As a Nursery Assistant, you will support the day-to-day care and development of children aged 0–5 years. You will work alongside experienced nursery staff to help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn through play.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or in an early years setting (desirable but not essential)
• A positive, caring, and patient attitude
• A willingness to learn and support children’s development
• Good communication and teamwork skills
