Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Primary Schools

About the Role:
Vision for Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work in a range of welcoming primary schools across Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in their learning journey, helping them to build confidence, develop key skills, and reach their full potential in a classroom setting.

Whether you have prior school experience or are looking to start a career in education, this role offers valuable experience and the chance to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support pupil progress
• Assist pupils with additional needs, including SEN, where required
• Help maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Assist with classroom preparation and general duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children (in schools or other settings)
• A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) – desirable but not essential
