Primary Teaching Assistant (TA / SEN TA / 1:1 Support) – Flexible Work in Stafford (ST16)
Vision for Education are currently recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants, SEN TAs, and 1:1 Support staff to work across a range of primary schools and nurseries in the Stafford (ST16) area.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Deliver 1:1 support or small group interventions (including SEN)
- Help manage behaviour and keep pupils engaged
- Adapt learning to suit different abilities
- Create a positive, safe, and structured environment

Requirements
To be considered, you should:
- Have experience working with children (school, nursery or similar)
- Be confident supporting behaviour and engagement
- Have SEN / 1:1 / intervention experience (ideal but not essential)
- Hold a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to get one)
- Be reliable, adaptable, and professional
