Vision for Education is looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of friendly and supportive primary schools in Southend-on-Sea.

This role is ideal for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking flexible work, varied classroom experience, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with local schools.

The role:
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will be confident stepping into new classroom environments, ensuring pupils remain engaged and learning continues seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
