About the Role:
Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school from September. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to begin or continue their teaching career within a positive and engaging school environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, creating an inclusive classroom environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting (placements considered for ECTs)
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
- A genuine passion for education and pupil development
