Youth Behaviour Mentor – Bristol Area
£14.24 per hour (subject to increase) | 08:15am – 15:45pm | Full-time / Long-term

Vision for Education are proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected specialist provision in the Bristol area to recruit a dedicated Youth Behaviour Mentor to join their supportive and forward-thinking team.
About the Role
As a Youth Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviours, Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs.
You will work closely with class teachers and multi-disciplinary teams to:
- Support pupils with communication, interaction and emotional regulation
- Deliver tailored learning activities in a structured, nurturing environment
- Promote independence, life skills and positive behaviour
- Build meaningful relationships that help pupils thrive

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (or a strong desire to learn)
- Is patient, resilient and empathetic
- Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Is proactive and adaptable in a dynamic classroom environment
