Early Years Practitioner – North Staffordshire

We are currently working with nurseries and primary schools across Newcastle-under-Lyme (Silverdale, Keele, Chesterton) and Stoke-on-Trent (Hanley, Longton, Tunstall) and are looking for passionate practitioners ready to step into rewarding roles.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
• Support the EYFS framework through engaging, play-based learning
• Assist with observations, assessments, and daily routines
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and carers

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• A positive, adaptable attitude
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
