Vision for Education are seeking Level 3 qualified Nursery Teaching Assistants to support children across nurseries in the Stafford area.

About the Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children aged 0–5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Work closely with nursery staff to deliver engaging and structured activities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where needed
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, and early development
- Assist with planning, play-based learning, and daily routines
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
This role offers flexibility, including part-time and consistent weekly work, with opportunities across Stafford and surrounding areas.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
- Have experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Be confident supporting children’s development and behaviour
- Hold a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
- Be reliable, adaptable, and passionate about early years education
