About the Role
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Essex. This role offers flexibility to suit your availability while providing the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of school settings. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and productive learning environment
  • Provide feedback to the school on pupil progress and behaviour
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
