About the Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across a range of year groups and subjects, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of schools
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapting teaching styles to meet the needs of different learners
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Maintaining safeguarding and school policies at all times

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS / PGCE / Equivalent Teaching Qualification
• Has recent teaching experience in UK schools
• Is adaptable, confident and reliable
• Can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills

ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
