The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Assist students with learning tasks, ensuring understanding and engagement
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with additional needs
  • Help manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive learning environment
  • Prepare learning resources and assist with lesson planning
  • Support exam preparation, assessments, and student progress tracking
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff
