About the Role
As a TA - Complex Needs, you will support pupils with complex Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), severe learning difficulties, communication needs, and associated behavioural or sensory needs.
Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs
- Assist with communication, emotional regulation and sensory support
- Adapt learning activities to meet EHCP outcomes and developmental targets
- Promote independence, engagement and positive behaviour throughout the school day
- Build trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe, secure and ready to learn

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children or young people with SEND, ASC or complex needs (preferred but not essential)
- Is patient, empathetic and resilient
- Can remain calm in challenging situations
- Is proactive and adaptable in a specialist classroom setting
- Has a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
