About the Role
Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to work in a welcoming and supportive nursery setting in Brentwood. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education to make a real difference in children’s development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the learning and development of children aged 0–5 years
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
• Support daily routines including feeding, changing, and nap times
• Observe and report on children’s progress
• Work collaboratively with staff and build positive relationships with parents

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a nursery, school, or childcare setting
• A caring, patient, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 is desirable)
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
