Location: Southend-on-Sea
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time (part-time considered)
Salary: dependent on experience

Vision for Education are currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in Southend-on-Sea from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are looking to thrive in a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting (placements considered for ECTs)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
