Teaching Assistant (Level 2 / Level 3)

Vision for Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive and welcoming primary school in Romford. The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Work with small groups and on a one-to-one basis with pupils
• Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and activities
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Support pupils with additional needs where required

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
