About the Role
Vision for Education are actively seeking motivated and ambitious recent graduates in Hull to join our highly successful Cover Supervisor Programme (CSP). This programme is designed for individuals who are looking to transition into teaching and want to build valuable classroom experience before applying for teacher training.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons in Hull schools in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. Full training is provided, so no teaching qualifications or prior classroom experience are required.

Graduates from academic, sporting, and performance backgrounds tend to excel in these roles due to their confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.

We offer a range of flexible placements, but candidates who can commit to a minimum of four days per week are particularly sought after. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your classroom management skills while earning £100-120 per day.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A confident and enthusiastic approach that can help keep learners engaged in lessons
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure behaviour is managed appropriately in the classroom
• A passion for learning with a future consideration for Teacher Training
• At least three days of availability for work across Monday – Friday
• Hold, or are willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS on the update service
