The role – Trainee Teaching Assistant
• Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD and other additional needs
• Assisting students with behaviour, routines and emotional regulation
• Supporting learning in classrooms, small groups, and 1:1 sessions
• Building positive relationships to boost confidence and engagement
• Working alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and support teams
• Full time, term time hours

• Is patient, reliable, and calm under pressure
