SEN Tutor

Salary: £24,303 per annum

The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable SEN Tutor to join a supportive classroom team. In this role as a SEN Tutor, you will be supporting students with Autism, and a range of PMLD. You will work with students on a 1-1 or 1-2 basis and support them using applied behaviour analysis to help support them in their learning and helping with life skills including regular trips.

The School

This welcoming SEN school, located in East Grinstead, supports pupils aged 4-19 and places high value on meeting each child’s individual needs, including personal care and developing daily life skills. Requirements

To be successful in this SEN Tutor role, you should have:

• A friendly and nurturing approach
• A patient and caring nature
• Good organisation skills and flexibility

You must also have:
• Experience working with children in any setting
• A genuine passion for working in education
