The role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. You will help to deliver tailored learning activities, provide emotional support, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (desirable)
• A patient, caring, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
