Search & Select Service – no upfront costs
Getting to know you & your school
You'll have an experienced and knowledgeable consultant, who'll work closely with you and keep you up-to-date throughout the whole process. We believe that a true understanding of your school environment and its individual needs is key to successful recruitment. We’ll take the time to get to know you and your school, to help ensure we find you the perfect candidate.
Making sure your job gets seen
We'll make sure we attract the highest calibre candidates, by writing an engaging job advert and tailoring our advertising to make sure your job reaches the right people. We'll also place a silver advert on tes.com at no extra cost.
Finding the best person for the post
We take a pro-active approach to finding the perfect candidate. We have access to our own large pool of education professionals, send out strategic job alerts and actively search for the best active and non-active candidates in the UK and internationally.
Narrowing the field
We will interview all applicants to understand their suitability for your role, verify their right to work status, complete Children’s Barred List and DBS checks and obtain at least one reference from senior leadership. We'll recommend the strongest candidates for shortlisting and support with arranging interviews.
There are no upfront costs for our Search & Select Service - you only pay an introduction fee if you appoint some to the role.

Leadership vacancies - 20% fee payable upon appointment
Managed Service – flat fee payable upfront
Keeping you informed throughout
You'll have a dedicated consultant, who'll work closely with you and keep you up-to-date throughout the whole process.
