The School and Role
We are looking to recruit a pool of passionate trainee teaching assistants to work in our partner schools in the Merthyr Tydfil area. Working in our partner school as part of an established team, the desired Teaching Assistant will be working on a small group basis in foundation phase with pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). This part time Teaching Assistant role is long term and potentially permanent for the right candidate.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have.
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Registered on EWC (We can support with this process)
- Enhanced DBS Check (We can support with this process)
