• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a variety of additional needs

• Assist teachers in adapting and delivering a personalised curriculum

• Encourage student engagement, independence, and progress

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals

• Enjoy flexible placements — short-term, long-term, and potential permanent roles

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in supporting children or young people with SEND (in school, care, or community settings)

• Patient, resilient, and passionate about helping every child reach their potential

• A strong communicator who builds positive relationships quickly

• A team player with a proactive and flexible approach

You must be able to provide professional references and complete an Enhanced DBS check (registered on the Update Service or willing to apply).

All staff registered with Vision Education will undergo thorough interviewing and referencing checks.
