The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive classroom team. In this role, you will be supporting students with Autism, and a range of PMLD. Duties will include providing personal care where required, such as assisting with toileting, feeding, and general daily living tasks. You will work with students on a 1-1 or 1-2 basis and support them using applied behaviour analysis.

This welcoming SEN school, located in East Grinstead, supports pupils aged 4-19 and places high value on meeting each child’s individual needs, including personal care and developing daily life skills. Requirements

To be successful in this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you should have:

You must also have:
• Experience working with children in any setting
• A genuine passion for working in education
