Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs? Do you relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and helping young people develop and reach their full potential?

We are currently looking for a SEN TA to join our fantastic supply agency and work in a SEND School in Northumberland. We work with a wide range of schools in Northumberland so we are confident we will be able to find a position that suits your needs. As a SEN TA working on supply, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across all areas of the school, supporting and engaging students who for various reasons find life and school challenging.

The successful SEN TA will be required to be patient, hardworking and understanding when working with young people.

The desired SEN TA will have:

  • Experience of working with students with young people with additional needs
  • A passion for education and helping people
  • A nurturing and engaging personality
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage social interaction and emotional wellbeing.
