Working across the school, you will support pupils with a range of complex needs, including personal care, behaviour support and engagement in a sensory-based curriculum. Requirements
The desired Care to Classroom Support Worker will have;
- Experience in a care, support or residential setting
- A willingness to support personal care needs
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A patient, resilient and empathetic approach
- A desire to support children and young people
