Vision for Education are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team, working across Peterborough and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed individual who is passionate about supporting young people in their educational journey.

This is a full-time role to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Work on a 1:1 basis to provide targeted support
• Support students with additional needs
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

1:1 Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
• A background in education, support work or care work
• A patient, proactive, and committed approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
