Vision For Education are working with a primary school in the Manchester area to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant as soon as possible. This will be an on-going position, possibly up until the end of the academic year.

About the role

The desired candidate will be working 1:1 with a child in reception who is non-verbal and has mild learning difficulties. You will develop strategies to ensure the child is able to develop on a consistent basis, and be confident in working and supporting children with SEND.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:
  • Experience working 1:1
  • Experience working with pupils with SEND

Salary

£13,500 to £14,259 per year

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • experience within a mainstream primary school setting
