Following a successful interview and completion of safeguarding and suitability checks, we will place you in a full-time paid role within one of our partner schools, where you will gain valuable classroom experience and develop your skills.

About the role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils and helping them reach their full potential. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teachers in the classroom

• Working with small groups of pupils

• Providing 1:1 support for children with additional needs

• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment

The best Teaching Assistants are patient, supportive, and have strong communication skills. Most importantly, they are passionate about helping children learn and grow.
