Vision for Education Hull are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a local College’s Learning Support Department from April 2026.

We have full and part-time roles available, with opportunities for medium-term, long-term and permanent positions.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to learners with additional needs

• Support students across vocational and academic courses

• Encourage engagement, independence and confidence

• Work as part of a supportive College team

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive, positive and flexible attitude

• Ability to work in a busy College environment

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

No qualifications or prior school experience required. If you’re new to education, we encourage you to include a short covering letter highlighting transferable skills.
