About the role
We’re looking for a patient, nurturing SEN Teaching Assistants to support within well-resourced primary schools in Peterborough. The perfect candidates will have the ability to remain calm and professional in potentially stressful situations, have strong behaviour management skills due to the complex nature of the students' additional needs. This post would suit a caring individual with a passion for supporting children.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
- Have experience or knowledge of working with children and young people with additional needs
- To be able to communicate effectively within a team
- To be flexible, proactive and patient
- Have a passion or desire for working within the education system

- To have had recent experience working with children in the last two years
- To have a DBS on the update service or be willing to process one with us
