Pay: £90–£100 per day

We are seeking flexible and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on an adhoc basis across a range of secondary schools in Nuneaton. This role is ideal for individuals looking for work that fits around their personal schedule, offering the freedom to choose when and where you work during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Assist students with their learning, both in groups and one-to-one
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Provide support to students with additional needs where required
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and reliable approach to work
- Ability to adapt to different school environments
- A positive, proactive attitude
