The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive classroom team. In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher to support students with Autism, Disabilities and a range of learning difficulties. Duties will include providing personal care where required, such as assisting with toileting, feeding, and general daily living tasks. You will work with students both 1:1 and in small groups. This role is available for an immediate start and will run on a temp to perm contract for successful candidates.

Requirements

To be successful in this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you should have:

• A friendly and nurturing approach
• A patient and caring nature
• Good organisation skills and flexibility

You must also have:
• Experience working with children in any setting
• A genuine passion for working in education
