The School and Role
On behalf of the Connect Multi-Academy Trust, Vision for Education are seeking to appoint a full-time Nursery Assistant from September 2026 at a school in County Durham (DH2). The Nursery Assistant appointed for the role will be working as part of a skilled team in this nursery provision, providing general support and monitoring key children. Experience of working in a nursery setting is desired, and the role will full-time and long term – possibly becoming permanent for the right candidate. This is a setting where practitioners are committed to giving each child the best start to their education.
Requirements
The desired Nursey Nurse will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
