About the role
As a Youth Worker, you will be supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis with their daily routine at school and assisting them to take part in activities which will enhance their social and emotional skills as well as increasing educational attainment. In addition to working with pupils, you will also be responsible for working in partnership with families and social workers to encourage attendance and commitment.

State of the art Special School in Leeds that that cater for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental health issues that have been excluded from mainstream school.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience working with children or adults with Challenging Behaviour or Mental Health Issues
- Be willing to attend a free 2 day Behaviour Management Course during the Easter Holidays
- Be available Monday - Friday 08.30 - 15:30
About Vision for Education
Salary
£70 to £71 per day
- 6 months minimum experience working with children or adults with challenging behaviour or mental health issues within the last 2 years.
