Vision for Education are seeking an experienced and passionate Year 3 Teacher to work 5 days a week in an "Outstanding" school based in Leeds - LS18.

Salary - M1 - M6

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Exceptional behaviour management skills

About the role

Working in this one-form primary school based in LS18, as part of an established team, the desired Year 3 Teacher will commence work from 23rd February 2026 for a long term role until the end of the school year, so you must be able to commit to this role. You will be teaching a Year 3 class, so you should have prior experience of teaching in year 3, or at least in a KS2 setting. As a Year 3 Teacher, your behaviour management skills should be a strength as well as your ability to form bonds with both pupils and colleagues. Both experienced teachers and ECT's are welcome to apply.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Year 3 Teacher you will:

• Solid knowledge and understanding of the Year 3/KS2 curriculum
• The ability to deliver inspiring and engaging lessons
• A passion for providing quality education
• Enthusiasm, dedication and resilience to demonstrate excellent classroom practice
• The ability to provide a positive learning environment and effectively manage a classroom

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status
• Have prior experience of teaching at key stage 2 level
• Able to provide 2 references to support recent teaching experience
• Able to provide full DBS clearance
