We’re offering a fantastic opportunity to become a Trainee LSA, supporting pupils in local schools across Bristol - no previous school experience required.

If you’re passionate about helping others, considering a career in education, or looking for a rewarding change of direction, we’ll provide the training and support to get you started.

What We Offer

• A free training course for suitable candidates

• Paid work in schools once training is completed

• £13.68 per hour

• A dedicated consultant to guide you through training and into work

• Support identifying the type of school that suits you best (primary, SEN, SEMH, etc.)

• Help securing your first placement

• Real opportunity to move into a permanent role

We’re Looking For People Who

• Are patient, reliable, and willing to learn

• Want to support children or young people to succeed

• Are considering a long-term role in education

• Can commit to training and school placements

• Have (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

No classroom experience is needed - just the right attitude and a genuine interest in working with young people.

You’ll be supported every step of the way by dedicated consultant at Vision for Education, from training through to your first role and beyond.
