Vision for Education are working with Secondary schools across Lincolnshire to recruit friendly and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants, to start in ASAP.
About the role
You must have strong teamwork skills as the school in question has a key focus on teamwork and collaboration to be able to achieve student and school goals. We are looking for staff who have experience working in a secondary school with students with SEND or behavioural needs, either 1-1 or in small groups.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support and encourage learning within the classroom.
• Lead activities with small groups of children.
• Assist teachers with various tasks.
• Ensure the classroom is organized and tidy.
• Complete any required training.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour.
- An ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Have good communication skills.
