The role would be working on a day-to-day basis to cover both pre-booked cover - often in blocks of several weeks. The cover may be requested for all different year groups and key stages so experience of working in all primary phases is a bonus. Working hours can often be to suit your own personal preference as long as there is some consistency to your availability around school hours. You don't have to have TA experience if you have some transferable experience e.g. sports coaching, nursery experience or scouts/guides.

Vision For Education works with a multitude of schools across the county, including Cambridge, Ely, Huntingdon, Newmarket, Wisbech and March. We have built long standing relationships with schools and as such are called upon regularly for cover for teachers and support staff, including Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants.

• Have experience working with primary age children
• Hold a Level 2 childcare qualification or above (not essential if you have experience)
• Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required

• Experience of working with children in a school or similar setting e.g. Nurseries, Play Centres, Riding schools in the last 5 years
