Vision for Education is currently recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming SEND school in Morpeth, supporting pupils with moderate Autism (ASC). You will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support pupils in the classroom, deliver structured learning activities, and help develop communication, social interaction, and independence skills. The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will Have:

  • Experience supporting children with Autism (ASC), particularly moderate needs

  • The ability to positively manage behaviour and support emotional regulation

  • A genuine passion for inclusive education

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
