Vision for Education are looking to register Teaching Assistants within Swansea who could work with children with a variety of Additional Learning Needs such as Autistic Spectrum conditions, ADHD and Speech and Language difficulties in schools in and around the West Cross area. This role requires a highly motivated, adaptable, committed, enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistant with great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the Teacher. You will have experience working with young people with Additional Learning Needs. You will work as part of a dedicated and committed team that have a child-centred approach in all they do. The roles we offer are on a supply basis as and when schools require cover and so we can work around your availability.

Requirements

The desired ALN Teaching Assistant will have: -

- Experience of working with primary aged children or young people

- A passion for the progress of pupils with Additional Learning Needs

- An ability to work as part of a team
