The school and role
This well-regarded, inclusive Additional Learning Needs school in Ebbw Vale is looking to appoint a caring and proactive Support Worker on a full time and part-time basis. You’ll be working closely with a small number of pupils with a range of complex needs, helping them to access learning and build independence in a supportive environment.

Requirements
The desired Support Worker will have:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with Additional Learning Needs.
  • A patient and nurturing approach.
  • A commitment to promoting independence and inclusion.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable supporting personal care needs.
  • Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the Update System.
