  • Works well as part of a wider SEN team

  • Understands safeguarding and professional boundaries

  • Is flexible and committed to long-term placements

To be considered as an SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Hold QTS

  • Have a strong interest in SEN education

  • Be willing to complete training and ongoing CPD

  • Be patient, empathetic, and confident as an SEN Teacher

  • Be willing to pay for an Enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service

Why join Vision for Education as an SEN Teacher?

  • Free access to high-quality, accredited CPD for every SEN Teacher

  • Paid, hands-on experience in specialist SEN settings

  • Ongoing support from specialist education consultants

  • Long-term roles with the opportunity to go permanent

  • Support with career progression within SEN education
