Flexible Supply Work | Day-to-Day & Ongoing Bookings

Vision For Education are looking for adaptable and reliable Supply TAs to support SEN schools across Swindon. This Supply TA role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working with different pupils and school teams.

As a Supply TA, you’ll step into schools on a day-to-day or short-term basis, sometimes pre-booked and sometimes at short notice. You may be supporting a pupil 1:1, working with small groups, or assisting in the classroom - no two days are the same.

About the Supply TA Role

As a Supply TA, you will support children and young people with a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, sensory differences, and SEMH. Your role is to help pupils stay regulated, engaged, and supported throughout the school day.

Supply work suits a Supply TA who is calm, confident, and able to quickly build rapport in new environments.

We’re Looking for a Supply TA Who:

• Is flexible, patient, and confident adapting as a Supply TA

• Can build positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff

• Understands that behaviour can be a form of communication

• Works well alongside teachers and support staff

• Is reliable and comfortable working in different SEN settings

• Maintains safeguarding standards and professional boundaries

• Enjoys the freedom and variety that comes with Supply TA work

Experience in SEN, education, or care is helpful but not essential.
