As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role across the school - leading whole-class sessions when required, covering lessons, and delivering targeted interventions that make a genuine difference.
You will work across KS3 and KS4, supporting pupils both in class and in smaller intervention groups. The school specialises in supporting children with speech, language and communication needs, so patience, empathy and strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements:
The ideal Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have;
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification (ESSENTIAL)
- Teaching Assistant Level 3 Qualification (Desirable)
- Driving license and access to own car (ESSENTIAL)
- Previous HLTA/TA experience
- Have, or happy to pay for an Enhanced DBS check and register on the Update Service
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Experience working in UK Schools
