About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
✅ Lead pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher
✅ Support students’ learning across various subjects (no specialist knowledge required!)
✅ Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment
✅ Gain first-hand experience in a school setting
No prior teaching experience? No problem! We provide a Cover Supervisor Training Programme to equip you with all the skills you need.
