The School and Role

SEN Teaching Assistants are required across specialist SEND schools in Hereford to support pupils with a range of additional needs. You will support learning, communication, behaviour and personal care within structured and supportive environments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop a career in SEND education.

Requirements

The desired SEN Teaching Assistant will have;

• Experience working with children or young people
• Experience in SEND, care or support roles desirable
• A willingness to support personal care
• Strong communication skills
• A proactive and positive approach
