The Role
Are you passionate about helping every child reach their full potential? We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful primary SEN school in Lancing.

In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to support children with Autism, SEMH, and a range of learning difficulties. You’ll provide tailored support both 1:1 and in small groups, helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Experience working with children, either in or out of an education setting.
  • A passion and willingness to work in Education
