The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and passionate SEN teaching assistant to provide 1-1 support to children with an autism diagnosis. All students have individual targets, and you will be creating sessions and providing support to help children with life skills , communication and gaining independence. Part of the role as SEN Teaching Assistant will be monitoring progress and adapting to the needs of the child to help manage their progress and behaviour. You will also be assisting children in activities such as shopping trips, swimming, trampolining and so much more! You must also be comfortable delivering personal care to students.

To be successful in this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you should have:

• Good organisation skills and flexibility
You must also have:
• Experience working with children in any setting
• A genuine passion for working in education
