At Vision for Education, we are looking to appoint enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Thurrock.

Whether you are looking for daily supply, short-term placements, or long-term opportunities, this role offers flexibility and the chance to gain experience across a variety of school settings.

The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
• Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups
• Support pupils’ learning and development during teacher absences

Requirements

The desired Primary Supply Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• A flexible, positive, and professional approach
• A passion for supporting children’s education and development
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
